Hi. I'm new to the program and just finished my first week. I've already seen about 1/8 in. gain in girth! Nothing w/length yet, but we'll continue. I wanted to post my workout and a couple of things I've been adding. Any tips, advice or suggestions from veteran PEers is greatly appreciated. Also, I've read that you should vary the type of workout you do so you don't plateau? What exactly does this mean?

Workout:
5 min. Warm Cloth
2 min. Bending
150 Pub Flexes (I varied this by achieving a partial erection and flipping my penis against my stomach and trying to stop it from falling back down and holding each rep. This seems to give a much stronger workout than just regular flexes. It also makes the exercise more interesting.)
20-30 min. Jelquing
3-5 min. AJFerrari's Ferrari Mega pump and Head squeezes.
3-5 min. Long Schlong
3-5 min. Needling


I always finish with a nice hot shower to warm down. All in all the workout takes about an hour from start to finish. The plan is 2 days on, 1 off, 3 days on, 1 off etc. It seems to be a great workout, and I'll be sure to keep you posted on my progress. Hell yes man... I think that your addition is lil bit better then usual program.
What’s your results in this time what you are doing exercises? I wanna try your add-on and I used to know your own opinion about that kinda PENIS ENLARGMENT? By the way why do you use warm water in the end…? Really don’t see any reason to do this. Think that is will calm down anyway.
