I know I have phimosis ... I have recently found out about that by looking at phimosis pictures on one of the blogs via internet ... I cant recall a web address at the moment.
Phimosis is when foreskin will not retract off of the glans during erection
Phimosis in adults also makes sexual intercourse unsatisfactory and low deposition of semen in the vagina may cause infertility. Occasionally the opening becomes so small that even urinating becomes difficult.
I also found out that after infancy the foreskin should be loose enough to be drawn back so as to completely expose the whole penis head and to be pulled forward again without pain or difficulty. In the mature youth this action should be possible with the penis erect. If it cannot be retracted at all phimosis, washing is not possible and smegma accumulates.
Is there a method that can help me treat phimosis 'cos I kinda feel uncomfortable in front of opposite sex. I what no pain way to get rid of this problem. |

well ... you need to relax first ... I dont think phimosis is complicated in most cases.
I decided to post here (thought it looks like all male board) because my husband used to have this problem which you call phimosis (med. name I guess) ... however he never went to see a doctor ... all he did was streching foreskin on his penis head ... he went on with doing that for a couple of months so it's not real painful... and now his penis works perfectly.
I would not say he did not enjoy sex before the problem disappeared ...
Good luck to you.
Amanda. |

Pull the foreskin forward away from the body several times then pull it back and hold it in the stretched position for several minutes twice daily. When the hole is large enough insert your thumb, or smaller finger if necessary, into the foreskin and grip the glans ( the head of the penis) between finger and thumb. Roll the foreskin over the thumb until the tight ring is white with stretching. Hold it in this position as long as you can at a time - say 5 minutes. If later you find there is room for two or more fingers then use them. Use baby oil, Vaseline intensive care hand and body lotion, Nivea or any bland cream as a lubricant. _________________ BEST PENIS ENLARGEMENT

Article found
The researchers, from the Pediatric Surgical Unit at the University of Verona in Italy, carried out the study on 247 boys aged between 4 and 14, who all suffered from phimosis. The study, published in The Journal of Pediatrics , placed the boys in two groups. One group's treatment involved stretching exercises and the application of the topical steroid betamethasone, while the other group used stretching exercises only.
The boys in the group that received the steroidal treatment applied 0.05 percent betamethasone cream twice daily for the first 15 days, then once daily for 15 more days. The stretching exercises commenced one week after the start of the topical application of betamethasone.
At the conclusion of the study, the researchers found that 96 percent of the patients receiving the betamethasone treatment showed a complete resolution of phimosis. This was in marked contrast to the group of boys who were treated with stretching alone, where the success rate was much lower. The researchers conclude that treatment with topical steroids, combined with stretching exercises, is a suitable alternative to surgical correction (either preputial plasty or complete circumcision). |

| Once phimosis is diagnosed, the available treatments include topical corticosteroids, manual stretching, preputial plasty and circumcision. Conservative treatments should be tried in the first instance and surgery used as the treatment of last resort. |

I advise to go on with your penis stretching exercises like shown on third picture, your foreskin ring will get wider eventually and you will see your penis head soon ...
Apply some NIVEA body lotion on your foreskin ring to soften it. Continue pulling your tight foreskin and keep the penile head naked for a while...
If no result found with NIVEA body lotion use topical cream betamethasone 0.05% ( DIPROLENE ) on your penis top ... _________________ BEST PENIS ENLARGEMENT
