Is your penis length enlarged after exercises?

How much is your penis enlarged after exercises? Mine is like a 1/2 (0.5) inch. Rolling Eyes

My husband has been doing the excerices for a couple of weeks now. His penis no longer gets red spots or bruising. But I dont think his penis gets really that much bigger after excerices. It is only bigger floppy but his erection is still the same size. What about you? It's kinda crazy but I like talking about male penises... Embarassed

Flaccid always will seem bigger erect size gains come after first couple of weeks. Measure ur penis once a month - no more!

Also is it possible to go from 6.4"(erect) to 7.8"(erect) by the end of first week in March, I started this program on 1/28 and i was just wondering if that was possible if you keep up with the program. So far ive been doing an hour workout in the morning .. and an hour workout in the evening since the first day recieved the program. If i keep this up or highten it do you think that gain would be possible??

Mine gets enlarged about 1/4 inches.

FDA, you do that routine every day? I have heard it's recommended to rest some days to let your penis heal a bit.

well ... to tell you the truth my penis is really tired by now after all kinds of exersises ... thanks for your advice ... I guess it's time for some rest Wink

My husband does the exercises and I find that it is about 1/4 inch. Not a drastic change but it is better than nothing.

Well, yeap – it helps. I was near 6.3 inches when started to do exercises and it grow up now on ¼ inches. So I think that it’s good think, but not for everybody. For example one of my good friend started to do this exercises but after a few month he stopped cuz it was no result and now he is going to take some pills in hope hat even this shit would help him( I hope it would).
