Phimosis is typically caused by an infection of the foreskin, you really should see a Doc so that you can get some antibiotic treatment. A circumcision will fix the problem, but again you need to see a Doc for that option. Another thing, self diagnosis from pictures on the net is both dangerous and very silly. Don't play Doctor! Get a professional to look at it, and give you some advice on the best treatment. Exclamation

I don't know of any doc on the net, but you probably can obtain antibiotics without a prescription. Most of the world is not completely paranoid about that, but still you want to be careful. Although I am not an MD, I do know that your condition is not real dangerous, but still, I know that you want to get it fixed. Did you do a search on the net for phimosis? I know that there are a lot of different sites discussing this problem. I think that a few of them discuss treatment without a doc. Of course, this could just be typical fear of doctor nonsense, but still, you should probably take a look at those sites.
